Whole Roasted Curry Seasoned Cauliflower

Recipe for Whole Roasted Curry Seasoned Cauliflower


1 large head cauliflower
3 cloves garlic, peeled
3 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp. ghee or coconut oil

½ tsp. coriander powder

1 tsp. curry powder

½ tsp. ginger powder

Pinch of thyme

1 tsp. miso

½ tsp. turmeric
Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

¼ cup olive oil

Handful of cilantro


Heat oven to 375 degrees

  1. Preparing the cauliflower:
    1. Level the stem so the cauliflower has a seat. Steam until lightly softened
  2. Combine marinade ingredients. Paste all over the cauliflower and place in to hot oven on lined baking sheet
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes until tender and golden. Serve hot with fresh cilantro sprinkled on top
